– Check your blood pressure before having a bath.
– Immerse yourself in the bath up to the heart area and observe yourself for 1 min. If the pulse rate does not increase, start pouring the solution on your arms and shoulders or immerse yourself in the bath up to your chin. Watch your pulse!
– With a significant increase in heart rate, cease the procedure. With a normal heartbeat, the duration of the procedure should not exceed 10–18 min. You can wash your face and moisten your head with a solution. Escape from the bath, pat yourself dry with a towel. Check your blood pressure after an hour. If it rises by 10–12 points compared to that measured before the bath, the concentration of the solution and duration of the procedure correspond to the state of your body. If the pressure increased more, then reduce the concentration of the solution by 2–4 times.
In subsequent processes, the body adapts to the action of biologically active substances and the pressure changes to a lesser extent. By the end of the course, your pressure will approach normal and become stable.
